Bio
Teammates with Lanto Griffin all four seasons at Virginia Commonwealth University (2006-10), with the duo leading the Rams to a team title at the 2009 Colonial Athletic Association Championship. Won his first career PGA Tour title at last year's Butterfield Bermuda Championship. Two time Olympic Games representative for Puerto Rico (2020, 2024).
Has a twin sister, Cristina. Has an older sister and a younger brother too.
In 2023, embarked on a fitness/nutrition campaign which resulted in the loss of nearly 50 pounds. Remaining committed to the program, has incorporated strength training. By the start of the 2024 season, had put roughly 10 pounds of muscle on, but remains 40 overall pounds lighter.
